Our School of Marine and Environmental Programs offers programs that focus on understanding the natural world — and the relationship of humans with that world — in ecosystems ranging from mountain forests to the open ocean, and everything between. Whether you’re interested in Marine Sciences or Environmental Studies, this information session provides an exciting introduction to the hands-on education you can expect in the field, on boats, in state-of-the-art laboratories and in internships.

You’ll meet Charles Tilburg, Ph.D., director of the School of Marine and Environmental Programs, for a presentation and overview of our the Girard Marine Science Center. You will then head out on a boat trip on the Saco River to see our beautiful coastline and experience the waters where you’ll study.
